CLIENT COMMENTS & ENDORSEMENTS

It’s always lovely to get complements from clients, I have very loyal and long term clients so I have decided to put on some of the comments and letters I have been sent so you can see.

Thank you to all who have been so kind as to comment over the many years this really is only a very few but all comments and suggestions are taken very seriously by myself and I will always address them with great thanks and humility.

I’m also going to put a comment box in to my reception area so people can comment and make recommendations more freely.

Just a note to thank you for the massage you gave my Mum (Anne W) last Tuesday afternoon. She thoroughly enjoyed it and after you left she sat in the chair absolutely blissed out for she doesn't know how long! She's full of compliments about you and from what I can gather she is telling everyone she knows about you!

I just wanted to say a very quick thank you for the waxing treatment I received yesterday.
As I said, I was a little nervous about having waxing for the first time, but I had no reason to be, you where so professional and kind, relaxed and confident in your skills I could not believe I felt totally at ease.

I would recommend you on in a heartbeat if we chatted about it down the gym or pub, but as you commented “blokes don’t talk about these things YET”

You where right once waxed you never look back. I will see you in 4 weeks defiantly.

Just a quick thank you again for the pamper party you organised for me last night. Wow what a success, everyone had such a lovely time and I have had calls all morning saying thanks and complementing the treatments, you ait arf gonna get a lot of clients from this, my ladies where so impressed, and all said you where so lovely, professional but such a laugh, it was like having another friend in the house even though we had all just met you.

I will defiantly do this again and Sue said she wants a massage party next month so I will see you there.
Oh I will be booking in for a Shellac nail treatment in about two weeks so see you before then.

Just a quick note to say how much my daughter enjoyed the face painting at her party, and every parent commented on the day how fantastic it was. How you handle the kids is great. Jojo wants this again next year, all the kids where taking at school about it, you’ve started a trend.

One of the mums asked do you do adult parties ?
