As your personal therapist, unlike salons or stores I will always give you the time you need. I would also request you give yourself some “you” time after your therapy session, ensure you are not rushing to make any commitments. This will enable you to gain the most from your Healing Hands experience.

It is requested that clients cleanse thoroughly before an appointment to remove any make up, perfumes or body lotions. Please refrain from sunbathing or attending a solarium directly before or after a consultation. After your therapy session it is not advisable to swim, have hot showers/baths or do any very strenuous exercise for 4-5 hours, especially after an aromatherapy session as it will lessen the effects. Should you have an engagement of any kind planned give yourself plenty of time to relax and prepare.

Finally, please ensure you drink plenty of fresh water for a period of 24-48 hours after a consultation as his will assist the expelling of toxins aid re-hydration.
